Open House Program Information & Submission Form

The Windsor County Board of Realtors® (WCBR) organizes bi-weekly open house tours for members of our local board. Our Open House Program is a free member benefit that helps market the listings of WCBR members.


WCBR open houses take place every other Thursday when there are enough homes on the list to warrant a tour.

Open Houses must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the date of the Open House. Submissions after that date will be put on the wait list. The Open House Tour will be posted by Monday afternoon and an email notification will be sent to all members with the link for that week’s tour.  It is recommended that you check the site again on the Wednesday evening before the Thursday Open House Tour as any changes will show up on the web site.
