The Windsor County Board of Realtors® Affiliate Program encourages REALTORS® and community business leaders to build relationships that enhance our mutual understanding, facilitate cooperation and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth as well as success.
What is an Affiliate Member?
An Affiliate Member can be an individual or firm who, while not engaged in the real estate profession as defined the Bylaws of the Windsor County Board of REALTORS®, offers goods or services pertinent to the real estate industry, and whose interests are in sympathy with the objectives of the Board. An Affiliate Member pays dues, like any REALTOR® member, and may attend our meetings, but may not vote or hold office on our Board.
What's in it for the Affiliate Member?
For just $120/year:
- An Affiliate Member may attend any or all of our four quarterly membership meetings for the purpose of networking with our REALTOR® members.
- Affiliate Members will be listed on the WCBR website with a link to the affiliate's website.
- Affiliate Members may sponsor quarterly membership meetings, providing the affiliate a display table at the meeting and the opportunity to present directly to the membership for 15 minutes
- Affiliate Members may host other programs, mixers, meetings or presentations for the REALTOR® membership.
How do I apply for Affiliate membership?
To become an affiliate member of the Windsor County Board of Realtors®, download the Affiliate Application form and submit it with your application fee and dues, payable to Windsor County Board of Realtors, to:

Annual dues are prorated, based on the month you are joing the Board, as follows:
October - $120.00
November - $110.00
December - $100.00
January - $90.00
February - $80.00
March - $70.00
April - $60.00
May - $50.00
June - $40.00
July - $30.00
August - $140.00 (includes the next fiscal year)
September - $130.00 (includes the next fiscal year)
Our fiscal year starts October 1.
